Directions to the 100 Peachtree Parking Deck (formerly the Equitable Deck)
The official parking deck of the Rialto is the 100 Peachtree Parking Garage, one block past the theater on Fairlie. Go past the Rialto on Luckie Street (Auburn Avenue), then take an immediate right as soon as you pass the Barclay Hotel (onto Fairlie). Follow the signs that say “Rialto Parking” and turn right into the 100 Peachtree parking deck. (The deck is not clearly marked as 100 Peachtree, so look for the “Rialto Parking” sign at the entrance). The address for the 100 Peachtree Parking Garage is 123 Fairlie St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
To access the Rialto after parking in the deck, take the elevator to the 3rd floor to exit onto Forsyth Street. Press the green button to the left of the double glass doors to release the locking mechanism and exit onto Forsyth Street to the right. Walk about half a block, cross Luckie St, and the entrance to the Rialto Center is on the right.
100 Peachtree Parking Garage and Hours of Operation
During weekdays, the parking garage is open during regular business hours, closing at 10:30 p.m. on non-show nights. On show nights, it stays open until one hour after the performance ends. On the weekends, the deck opens for Rialto Series shows, starting two hours prior to the performance time and closing one hour after the performance ends.
To re-enter the deck after hours, use the same Forsyth Street access to the deck. Swipe your parking ticket through the reader on the right side of the double glass doors to gain entry. If there is no attendant at the gate as you drive out, there is another reader at the gate where you can to swipe your ticket to exit.
Should you have any difficulties with entering or exiting the deck after hours, contact 100 Peachtree Building 24-hour security at 404-521-6590.
