Accessibility Information
The Rialto is fully accessible to patrons with special needs. Wheelchair seating may be reserved in advance and we also offer assisted listening devices. To request accommodations for people with disabilities at Rialto Center events, contact the Box Office at 404-413-9849 or [email protected] with your request. Provide your name, and the event name and date, when making your request.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICE SYSTEM
The Rialto offers an Assisted Listening Device System. Listening devices may be borrowed upon request, just inside our front door (where parking validation is offered). Patrons using listening devices must leave their driver's license as security during the show. Patrons who are TTY users, hearing impaired, speech disabled or hard of hearing, can call us through the Georgia Relay Service at 711. For more information about these services, please call 866-787-6710 or email us at [email protected].
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
Rialto performances are accessible to those who use wheelchairs. Wheelchair locations are on the orchestra level. Patrons who are unable to transfer from a wheelchair to a theater seat may purchase wheelchair locations for themselves and a companion. These tickets are in the last row of the orchestra section (premium seating). Contact the Box Office at 404-413-9849 for information or to purchase tickets for wheelchair locations.
There are wheelchair accessible restrooms in the lobby of the theater.
ELEVATORS
The Rialto Center has an elevator in the lobby for access to all levels.
