Georgia State Names Lee Foster Executive Director of Rialto Center for the Arts

ATLANTA | Georgia State University has named Lee Foster, former assistant director of the Office of the Arts at the Georgia Institute of Technology and operational manager of the Ferst Center for the Arts, executive director of the Rialto Center of the Arts.
